This is a loving space to meet the fear of being seen — gently, honestly, and with support.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to connect with the part of you that learned to hide. From there, we’ll use EFT Tapping to create safety in the body and begin softening the layers of self-protection. You’ll then be guided through a breathwork journey to release stored fear, shame, and old beliefs around visibility, worth, and expression.
This session is here to support your nervous system and strengthen your self-trust — so you can feel safe being seen as you are: whole, real, and worthy.
