This session is an opportunity to get in touch with any shame you may hold and lovingly explore that part of you, its fears and needs. We go gently, starting with a meditation to attune to the feeling, then move into EFT Tapping to open the door a little further. Once you warm up to this part of you, we dive into our breathwork practice to feel, process, release - held emotions or blocks that prevent you from embracing yourself fully.
